Between adobe walls and arches, in the heart of Casa Arca, our restaurant, open to all, is a feast of color and craftsmanship that continues to tell the story of the ark of all. Massimiliano Menossi was born in Milan and comes from a family of good cooks, meetings around the table, and collaborating with great European chefs. Since 2001, he has been a correspondent of Italian gastronomic culture in Mexico.
His cuisine is a contemporary fusion between traditional recipes inherited from the families of our team members and the careful manufacture and celebration of traditional ingredients from central Mexico.
